In terms of lettings, one size does not fit all. Although we offer tiered pricing guides, our services are not sold as packages. Care is taken to tailor the services we offer to match each landlord. Whether the set-up includes the drafting of new paperwork and the re-serving of prescribed information, liaising with your current agent or carrying out new inventories, the price is still the same: Completely free.
